Join us on Wednesdays for a moment of movement after work.

Condition & Explore is a practice developed by Nia Gohlke, focusing on developing a strong, flexible body and free, creative patterns in the mind. We combine Pilates-based strength training, core work, and mobility exercises with movement exploration and dance improvisation.

Each week alternates between:

Pilates / Conditioning
Focused exercises to build strength, improve stability, and align posture.
(Building a solid foundation.)

Movement / Mobility / Improvisation
Mobility drills (spine rolls, hip circles, crawling), movement exploration, and guided dance improvisation prompts to expand body awareness, fluidity, and creativity.
(Researching movement potential.)

Details:

  • Class: 6-7 PM

  • Location: Cloud (Prinsengracht 276)

  • Bring your own mat! There are no props and no official changing rooms/showers—but you may change in the toilet.

  • If you like using specific props (such as a yoga block or blanket), feel free to bring them along.

  • You can download the training schedule for May and June here !

It is very simple!

  • Add this 3 classes pack to your cart and proceed to check-out like you would normally do for single classes.
  • You will receive a confirmation email including informations about your bundle (e.g. expiration date) and a link to redeem your bookings. Save this email, and use this link anytime you decide to reserve a Pilates session.
  • Click on the link. On this page, you can track how many bookings you have left.
  • Click on the "Redeem" button, and choose the next time slots you want to attend to. You can book one time-slot at a time, or all of them in one go, you choose!
  • When pressing "book", your spot for the preferred session will be secured. You will receive a reminder by email, informing you about your next Pilates session. Your next booked sessions will also appear on the link's main page.
  • If you want to reschedule or cancel a session, click on "Modify" and manage your bookings as you like.
