Join us on Wednesdays for a moment of movement after work.
Condition & Explore is a practice to develope a strong, flexible body and free, creative patterns in the mind. We combine Pilates-based strength training, core work, and mobility exercises with movement exploration and dance improvisation.
Each week alternates between:
Pilates / Conditioning
Focused exercises to build strength, improve stability, and align posture.
(Building a solid foundation)
Movement / Mobility / Improvisation
Mobility drills (spine rolls, hip circles, crawling), movement exploration, and guided dance improvisation prompts to expand body awareness, fluidity, and creativity.
(Researching movement)

For the Pilates classes bring your own mat! There are no props and no official changing rooms/showers—but you may change in the toilet.
